Veronica Johnson is a thoughtful, effective attorney who brings to bear more than thirty years’ experience litigating and advocating for clients whose employment or civil rights have been violated. She is a tireless and skillful advocate whose litigation and negotiation skills are well-honed. She received the Foot Soldier award from the National NAACP, served on the executive board of the St. Louis Chapter of the National Employment Lawyers Association, and teaches continuing legal education courses through the Missouri Bar on civil rights, employment law, and attorney fee litigation. She is the author of the Affirmative Action chapter in the Missouri Bar Employment Discrimination Deskbook. She has litigated in tandem with the U.S. Department of Justice as well as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
She is licensed in Missouri and Kansas, and is admitted to practice in United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Missouri, the District of Kansas, the Seventh, Eighth and Tenth Circuit Courts of Appeal, and the United States Supreme Court.
